Everyone who was touched by Gary and his infectious enthusiasm for drumming reports how their lives have been greatly enhanced by the experience. Gary was passionate about the re-balancing of mind and spirit and he had never been happier in his life than the last year, when he saw a bright future in prospect particularly as we approach the 2012 Olympics.

Gary's ethos was always to make people happy with his quick wit, his ever present smile and intuitive ability to know if people need to have their spirits lifted.

On the 1st January 2011 Gary wrote on his Facebook status:

“I resolve to be resolute, total and absolute in
the pursuit of promoting the Rhythmical Empowerment Group. There upon stimulating nature’s natural, healing vibrations that will
aide recovering populations.”

We are now committed to continue the great work he started in reaching out to all regardless of age, creed or disabilty.

Our ambition is to be a successful organisation to encourage a wider participation in playing hand drums.
