Gary Mason Rhythmical Empowerment Charitable Foundation is committed to providing workshops using hand drums and similar musical instruments bringing benefits to all; giving participants the opportunity to learn these socially inclusive shared activities that create greater mutual respect and understanding between them; improving quality of life through community and individual involvement, calming and relaxing to gain the proven benefits including those of calming and relaxation.

Gary Mason Rhythmical Empowerment Charitable Foundation is committed to encouraging participation by those who are considered, or consider themselves, to be outside of the usual routes of artistic expression by offering workshops and performances within their community or environment, free, or at low subsidised cost.
